Please note that due to the sudden spike in orders, delays should be expected.

We will try our best to get your orders out ASAP, but know that we will get your order out. Sending us emails asking when your package will ship out will only slow us down, so patience is greatly appreciated.

We do not ship orders to the following:

Tennessee, Indiana, Vermont, Wisconsin, Sarasota County (Florida), Arkansas & Alabama

Shipping & Returns


All orders whether national or international will be dispatched from our warehouse in California a signature will not be required upon delivery however once we receive confirmation of delivery via UPS, USPS or Fedex your order will be deemed as being delivered, thereafter we will not accept any responsibility for delayed/missing or incorrectly addressed orders. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions stated and automatically accepts all responsibilities.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it unopened in its original packaging within 14 days of the date you received it, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid (excluding original delivery charge). You can expect a refund within 5 days of our receiving your return to the original card. Please contact us with your order number and which items you wish to return. Refused shipments are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus return freight. If a customer wishes to cancel an order it is their responsibility to cancel the order prior to the product(s) being shipped. If a customer cancels an order after it has been shipped, or refuses the shipment, the return will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and any freight charges incurred.

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect?

We will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. You can expect a refund within 5 days of our receiving of your return. will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Exceptions to the above?

If an item has been opened/tampered with or partly missing then a refund will not be given however depending upon the circumstances we generally offer a store credit.


We always do our very best to dispatch all orders the same day on or before 15:00 PST Monday – Friday but are not able to offer any guarantees.  From time to time we experience customs delays or unexpected high volumes of orders so please bare with us while we work through any issues. Orders that are not dispatched will be given priority the next working day. Quoted shipping times start from the time your order was dispatched and not when the order was placed. All orders are sent via USPS or you can have your order expedited using Fedex Overnight, 2 day and Saturday delivery.

Overnight Friday orders for Saturday delivery are given the highest priority in our distribution centre and are processed before USPS and 2 day services regardless of when lower priority orders were placed. Likewise 2 day services take priority over USPS 2-7 days.

Please Note: We ship orders using the most economical 2 day and overnight services. We will let you know which service we used when we send you your tracking number. Fedex, UPS and USPS all offer 2 day and overnight services.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When ordering from our store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country or state in which you are receiving the goods.
